Job Completion Reporting Options:
*** Faxts Now attempts each number seven times at five-minute intervals. All reports are automatically compiled and faxed to you upon completion of the final transmission attempt.
The system defaults to sending out an exception report. A full report or a summary report may be requested by calling our office, prior to submission of your broadcast. Job Completion Reports may also be set up for transmission via e-mail. ***

Summary Report - States simply the number of recipients attempted during the fax broadcast and the number of failed transmissions.

Exception Report - Also states the number of recipients attempted during the fax broadcast and the number of failed transmissions. Additionally, this report provides the name, company name, fax number, time and date of last attempted transmission for each of the failed recipients. The cause of each failure, i.e. the fax machine was busy, out of paper, etc… is also denoted for each number.

Full Report - Accounts for every number in the database, those successfully transmitted, as well as the failed numbers. Provides the same details for each number as outlined in the exception report. Please note that this report can be quite lengthy when a larger database is used.

Management Reports
*** All reports can be requested 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Faxts Now's automated system. To request the report of your choice, call the appropriate phone number (indicated below) and enter your four digit account number. The report will be immediately sent to your fax machine. ***

Broadcast List Management Report - Request by calling phone (310) 575-5013. This report will scan the database that you have most recently uploaded into Faxts Now's system and display suspected bad fax numbers and duplicate fax numbers. The suspected bad fax number section will provide the fax number, company name, contact name and the reason this number is not transmitting, i.e. "Please verify fax number", "No fax tone", etc… The duplicate fax number section is sorted numerically so that duplicates can easily be found. This report is a useful tool to maintain a clean database, which can help reduce your overall fax broadcasting costs.

Report Line - Request by calling phone (310) 575-5011. This report provides the month-to-date activity of your account's completed fax broadcasts. Each fax broadcast is assigned a control number, and this control number along with the date the broadcast was completed, pages transmitted, minutes used, and the individual job cost will be detailed. This report is helpful to track current broadcast activities and to keep you informed of the running monthly totals.
