What
methods of payment do you offer?
Faxts Now accepts all clients on a credit card (American Express,
Visa and Mastercard) payment basis. Pre-payment via cash, wire
transfer, money order, or check are also accepted. Please note
that debit cards are not accepted and checks must be received
ten days prior to each job.
Upon
request, Faxts Now can conduct a credit check on a corporation
utilizing Experian Information Solutions, Inc. A satisfactory
credit report will allow Faxts Now to extend a credit line
as well as 30 day net terms for payment via check. If you
are interested in payment by check, please inquire for details

What
is your invoice cycle?
Faxts Now prints invoices on the first business day of each
month. These invoices reflect all fax broadcasting during
the prior month.
Each
invoice will include a cover page summarizing the month's
usage. A second page will outline information associated with
each individual fax broadcast such as the minutes used, pages
sent and job cost. The remainder of the invoice will be the
call detail for your account, which reflects every recipient
successfully transmitted to and related information such as
individual transmission length.
What
are the late charges?
Late charges begin accumulating on the first day after the
term has been exceeded. Every thirty days additional late
charges are added. Each time this charge is calculated, the
past due balance is increased by 1.5%.
